Orders and Contract Formation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By placing an order on our website, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A purchase contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email from Kimchic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kimchic reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Returns and Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kimchic accepts returns within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receipt of the goods, provided that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any additional fees, including customs duties or taxes related to the return, are also the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned items and are issued using the original payment method.<br>Original shipping costs are not refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
