Kimchic offers clothing and related items through physical pop-up events and via its online shop.
Product descriptions, images, and measurements are provided for information purposes only. Minor variations may occur.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order on our website, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
A purchase contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email from Kimchic.
Kimchic reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF), unless indicated otherwise.
Payment must be completed in full before an order is shipped.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include credit/debit cards, TWINT, PayPal, or other methods.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Kimchic is not liable for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond its control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Kimchic accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided that:
The items are unworn, unwashed, and unused
The items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Any additional fees, including customs duties or taxes related to the return, are also the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned items and are issued using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly at
contact@kimchic.ch.
In such cases, Kimchic will handle the return in accordance with applicable Swiss law.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Kimchic excludes liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from purchased products.
