Drops & Access
Our collections are released for a limited period only. Stay informed about our upcoming drops by subscribing to our newsletter.
Kimchic does not have a permanent store and operates with pop-up events only at specific locations announced in advance. Subscribe to find out where our next pop-up event will take place.
Events are held at selected locations announced ahead of time.
You can get access by subscribing to our website. We will share the date and location ahead of each release.
Our pop-up events are invite-only. Please subscribe to our website to get your invitation.
We only accept returns during the period of the pop-up. Any returns after that date may not be possible due to limited stock.
Orders
When a drop is live, you can browse available products, select your size, and add the item to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete the payment to confirm your order.
You can place an order as a guest or create an account during checkout. Creating an account allows you to track your orders and manage your details more easily.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and payment confirmation.
Pre-Order Items
A pre-order item is available for purchase during a limited drop window. Once the drop closes, the exact quantities ordered are produced and prepared for delivery.
The pre-order window is usually open for a limited time (for example around 5 days). A countdown timer on the product page will show how much time is left before the drop closes.
Once the drop ends, we place the final order with our suppliers. Production and delivery usually take around 3 weeks after the drop closes.
Shipping & Return
For in-stock items, delivery usually takes around 3–5 business days within Switzerland.
Pre-order items are typically delivered approximately 3 weeks after the drop closes. This timeline will also be shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.
Free shipping may be available once your order exceeds a certain value. The free shipping threshold will be displayed in the cart and during checkout.
Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
